Subscription & Billing

Schemafy offers a comprehensive, fully-featured plan that can be subscribed to either on a monthly or yearly basis. You have the option to select your preferred subscription interval at the time of installation and can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the Billing page.

Refunds:

We provide a 7-day trial to test the app before the subscription begins. If you uninstall the app during this trial period, you will not be charged. If you need any assistance, you can contact us.

Upgrades/Downgrades:

You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time through the Billing page. Information about prorating, upgrades, and downgrades can be found in here.

Cancellations:

To cancel your subscription, you can simply uninstall the app. Please note that according to the way Shopify app subscription API operates, you will be charged for the entire current billing cycle. If you have used the app for only a few days in the current billing cycle, you may request a refund by contacting us.

Billing Cycle:

Schemafy has an independent 30-day billing cycle that runs simultaneously with the Shopify 30-day subscription billing cycle. Subscriptions and app usage charges appear on your Shopify subscription bill. It's important to consider the app billing cycle when uninstalling apps or managing app usage charges.
